Overview.

The aim of this project was to completely overhaul Bally's casino experience in anticipation of launch in Rhode Island, followed by other states.


For this project my role was to complete the full end-to-end user experience for Bally Casino across iOS, Android and multiple web breakpoints. The aim of the project was to modernise our interfaces for launch in North America, as well as a shift towards a much more 'native' setup for Bally's app offerings.


I worked closely with Product Owners and the wider product team to ensure a seamless and effective delivery of the full project. Post-release I worked tirelessly with developers to ensure correct implementation of our designs down to the last pixel.

Research.

Every major project at Bally's starts with detailed research. The casino redesign was segmented into various features; following these divisions, I crafted numerous mood boards bolstered by thorough research and a competitive study. Here's a sample of one such board, specifically branded for 'Jackpot Joy' - one of Bally's subsidiary brands. The objective was to extend this makeover to all brands under Bally.
